"They provided excellent service in procuring dorm insurance for my daughter. We reside out of state, but needed a Mississippi policy for her. Other agents in MS hung up the phone on us. John did not. He worked tirelessly to ensure we received the best rate, had the correct documents we needed, and were treated with the utmost respect all along. In addition, they found discrepancies with our policy that our local office created."
