Ben Moss has been in the insurance industry for 4 years now. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Mississippi and is an avid fan of Ole Miss football. Raised in Raymond, MS, his favorite activities when not at work are hunting and spending time outdoors.

Cassie is our Remote Customer Service Representative. She has worked as a Customer Service Representative in State Farm agencies for the past 15 years. She has an in-depth knowledge of State Farm systems and our billing processes. While she has sold all lines of insurance for State Farm over the years, her passion lies in the billing aspect and providing remarkable customer service. When not working, Cassie enjoys spending time with her two children.

Corey has been in the insurance field for over 5 years now. He has a solid background in Life Insurance and income replacement products. As an Account Manager, he's here to make sure you have the most remarkable experience possible! When not in the office, Corey enjoys playing golf, soccer, and hanging out with friends.

Leah Busby serves John Lucas State Farm customers as a Customer Care Representative and marketing specialist. She is licensed to assist you with your auto and homeowner insurance needs. Although she grew up in Northeast Mississippi, Leah is proud to call Jackson, Mississippi her home.
